Privacy Policy

CamperPass is built on a simple principle: the logbook of your motorhome is yours, and there is no reason we should see it. This policy explains, in plain terms, what the app stores, where, and what we never collect.

Data controller

The data controller for personal data processed in connection with CamperPass is Antoine Conan, sole trader operating under the trade name "Stackwise", registered in France under SIRET 994 535 060 00010. Privacy contact: [email protected].

Where your logbook lives

Everything you enter — vehicle, services, equipment, mileage, trips, notes, photos and attached files — is stored on your device with Apple's SwiftData framework. If iCloud is enabled on your device, the same data is synchronised to your own private iCloud database (CloudKit private database), so that it follows you to your other devices and survives a lost phone. That copy lives in your Apple account, under Apple's privacy terms. CamperPass has no server of its own and never receives a copy of your logbook.

Deleting the app deletes the local copy. The iCloud copy can be deleted from the app's Settings, or from your device's iCloud storage settings.

Photos and files

When you attach a photo or a document, CamperPass only reads the items you pick, through Apple's picker. It never browses your photo library. Attached items are stored with the logbook, on your device and in your private iCloud, and nowhere else.

Reminders

Due-date reminders are local notifications, scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to us to produce them. You can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings.

Subscription

If you subscribe to CamperPass Plus, the purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store, which handles payment, renewal, refunds and cancellation under Apple's privacy terms. CamperPass uses Apple's StoreKit directly: no third-party subscription service, no account, no receipt sent to us.

Technical report

The app can compose a technical report to help us diagnose a problem. It is only created when you tap the button, it is shown to you before sending, and it leaves your device only if you choose to send it by email. It contains app and device versions and a log of technical events, not the content of your logbook.

No analytics, no tracking, no ads

CamperPass embeds no analytics or crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, and no tracking of any kind. It has no account and no sign-in.

What we do not collect

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent laws, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port and object to the processing of your personal data. Because your logbook lives only on your device and in your own iCloud, you exercise these rights directly: edit or delete in the app, export from the app, or delete the app. For any question, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children

CamperPass is rated 4+ in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; the app does not require any.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
