Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the CamperPass iOS application, published by Antoine Conan, sole trader operating under the trade name "Stackwise" (SIRET 994 535 060 00010, France). By installing or using the app, you accept them.
1. The service
CamperPass is a logbook for motorhomes, campervans and caravans: services, inspections, equipment, invoices, mileage, trips and memories, with a service plan, reminders, share cards and a resale file. The app works on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud. There is no account.
2. Information, not advice
The service plan, deadlines, intervals and regulatory rules shown in the app are provided for information, from published sources that the app names. They can be incomplete, out of date, or not applicable to your vehicle, your country or your contract. They never replace your manufacturer's documentation, your dealer, your insurer or the authorities. You remain responsible for checking every deadline that matters to you, and for the maintenance and roadworthiness of your vehicle. Stackwise cannot be held liable for a missed inspection, a refused warranty claim, a fine, or any damage resulting from reliance on the app's information.
3. Your content
Everything you enter stays yours. You are responsible for what you store, for keeping a backup, and for having the right to store the photos and documents you attach. The app offers exports precisely so that your history never depends on it.
4. Subscription (CamperPass Plus)
The logbook, the service plan, the timeline and the share cards are free. CamperPass Plus adds features that protect the value of your vehicle: invoices organised as proofs, the resale file as PDF and CSV, timeline filters, statistics and due-date reminders. Two options are offered, both billed through the App Store:
- Monthly subscription — auto-renewing every month.
- Yearly subscription — auto-renewing every year, the best value.
The exact price displayed in the app is the price you will be charged, in your local currency, according to the storefront of your Apple ID.
Free trial
Where offered, a free trial is available to new subscribers; its duration is shown in the app before purchase. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically and you are charged the displayed price.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Features already used remain readable; what you created with Plus stays in your logbook.
Billing and refunds
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Refund requests are governed by Apple's App Store policy; Stackwise has no control over App Store refund decisions and invites you to contact Apple Support directly.
5. Respectful use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, to circumvent the subscription, or to use the app for anything unlawful.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will keep exports available so you never lose access to your data.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its texts and its regulatory catalogue are protected. Your content remains yours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stackwise's liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the date above tells you when. Material changes are announced in the app.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your country of residence, the French courts have jurisdiction.
